OAC x OGRC x Run Ottawa - Trail Running Clinic

Join Out at Camp, the Ottawa Gay Run Club, and Run Ottawa for a free trail running clinic created with Ottawa's rainbow community in mind.

What to expect

• A guided orientation, warm up and cool down with instructors from Run Ottawa.
• An approximately 5 km guided run into Rockcliffe Park and back.
  
• Free snacks, drinks, and a light meal from Island Grill for each participant.
• Prizes, giveaways, demos and more from Run Ottawa!

Meeting point: Near Tavern on the Falls; exact meetup details will be shared with registered participants.

All paces are welcome. The registration form will ask about your current running skill or experience level to help the organizers plan the clinic.
