Cancellation Timeline

• More than 30 days before your trip start date: Full refund of payments made, minus any non-refundable fees (such as processing or reservation fees).
• Fewer than 30 days before your trip start date: No refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, including processing and reservation fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at info@outatcamp.ca. Include your full name, the trip name, and the reason for cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

Emergencies happen. If something comes up, reach out as soon as you can. We cannot guarantee a refund, but we will do our best to find a workable solution.
