Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your participation in a trip organized by Out at Camp, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• If you cancel more than one month (30 days) prior to the start of the trip, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, less any non-refundable fees.
• If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the start of the trip, no refund will be provided.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@outatcamp.ca. Please note that any non-refundable fees, such as processing fees or reservation fees, will be deducted from any refund provided.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your participation in a trip.
