Let's get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot (Dutch oven), cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook until they are softened.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the pot. Stir gently to ensure that the noodles are fully submerged in the liquid.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
  6. Serve the spaghetti hot, with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
