Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
- In a large pot (Dutch oven), cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the onion and bell pepper to the pot and cook until they are softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, and salt and pepper to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Break the spaghetti noodles in half and add them to the pot. Stir gently to ensure that the noodles are fully submerged in the liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the noodles are fully cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
- Serve the spaghetti hot, with grated Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
