Join us for an unforgettable adventure in the Adirondacks, exploring the breathtaking beauty of the 46 high peaks. This trip offers three difficulty levels to suit everyone from beginners to seasoned hikers. Choose your adventure and immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes of the Adirondack Mountains.

Difficulty Levels (eight spots available at each difficulty level):

Explorer Level (Easiest):

Peaks: Cascade, Porter

Ideal for those who prefer a relaxed yet rewarding experience. On Friday after work, we'll drive from Ottawa to the Taylor Pond Campground near Lake Placid. We'll set up camp and spend the weekend enjoying day hikes up some of the 46 high peaks. This level allows you to explore the beauty of the Adirondacks without carrying heavy gear or hiking long distances. We'll head back to Ottawa on Monday.

Highlights: Comfortable camping at Taylor Pond Camground, beautiful day hikes, and a relaxed pace.

Adventurer Level (Medium):

Peaks: Colden, Phelps, Table Top, Marcy (optional)

Perfect for intermediate hikers seeking a mix of camping and hiking. After driving down from Ottawa on Friday evening and camping at Taylor Pond Campground, we’ll pack up early Saturday and head to the trailhead. We'll hike into a basecamp site with all our gear, and over the next couple of days, we'll embark on day hikes to explore some of the 46 high peaks. We'll pack up and return to Ottawa on Monday.

Highlights: Basecamping experience, challenging day hikes, and immersive nature adventure.

Trailblazer Level (Hard):

Peaks: Wright, Algonquin, Iroquois, Gray, Skylight, Marcy

Designed for experienced hikers looking for a multi-day trek. We’ll start with a drive to the Taylor Pond Campground near Lake Placid on Friday night. Early Saturday, we’ll pack up and head to the trailhead for a multi-day traverse through the Adirondack range. We'll hike over various peaks with all our gear, staying at different campsites each night. This level offers a rigorous and rewarding experience, perfect for those ready to take on the challenge.

Additional Information:

Inclusions: Food, transportation, and shared essentials (such as stove fuel), are included in the cost of the trip, just like all our other trips. Please let us know if you need to borrow any gear, and we'll see what we can do!
