Your Role: Treasurer
As the Treasurer of Out at Camp, you hold a vital role in stewarding our financial health. Your expertise and oversight will ensure that we continue to operate with integrity and sustainability, making outdoor experiences accessible to all in our community.
Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Manage and report on the organization's finances, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor the annual budget in collaboration with the board, providing insights and projections for financial decision-making.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of income, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Reporting: Prepare financial reports for board meetings and annual summaries for the community.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all financial practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Fund Management: Oversee the management of funds, including bank accounts, donations, and any other financial assets.
